October 19, 2012: Aruna presents the various facets of Bharatanatyam in ‘WeTube‘, a dance project by Melbourne based choreographer Ben Speth, at the exhibition, ‘Oh I Wanna Dance with Somebody’ at Campbelltown Arts Centre.

October 13, 2012: Aruna presents new choreographic work ‘Ode to Australia’, composed by Sanskrit Scholar Dr. Meenakshi Srinivasan; and ‘Story of Dharawal’, at Sydney Sanskrit School’s festival ‘Samskrutotsavam’ at Greystanes.
The presentation on Dharawal was conceptualised and implemented by School of Vedic Sciences (Aust) Inc,  sponsored by the Community Relations Commission for a multicultural NSW, and based on ‘Dharawal – The story of the Dharawal speaking people of Southern Sydney’ a collaborative work by Les Bursill et.alDSCN2008

Aruna featured in a documentary, ‘Talanoa: Walk the Talk’ Performance Series III, screened by the Campbelltown Arts Centre, NSW as part of the exhibition, ‘What I think About When I think About Dancing‘.

The documentary directed by multimedia and performance artist Shigeyuki Kihara features a collaboration between the Mukti Gupteshwar Mandir Society and the Congregational Christian Church Samoa.
